Why the roster is small
How we sign
Attention
Management only works when there is enough of it to go round. Every artist here has a manager who knows their numbers, their diary and their next twelve months, not a place in a queue.
Time
We take artists on slowly and expect to stay a long time. Careers are measured in decades, and the plan is written for the long arc rather than the next release.
Fit over size
We sign on the music and the plan, not on follower counts. Every genre is considered, from singer-songwriters and bands to DJs, composers and classical soloists.
