We add artists slowly. The roster is sized so that everyone on it gets a manager rather than a mailing list.
How we sign
Management only works when there is enough of it to go round. Every artist here has a manager who knows their numbers, their diary and their next twelve months, not a place in a queue.
We take artists on slowly and expect to stay a long time. Careers are measured in decades, and the plan is written for the long arc rather than the next release.
We sign on the music and the plan, not on follower counts. Every genre is considered, from singer-songwriters and bands to DJs, composers and classical soloists.

Tell us what you are working on and where you want to be in five years. We read every application properly and we reply to everyone, including when the answer is no.
